My Very Purpose in Life!

Just as a grain of sand is to the beach, a wave is to the ocean, a spark is to the fire, a branch to the tree, a lymph node to the body, a twist to the plot, a single thread to the Persian rug, a corner to the square, a second to the hour, an inch to the mile, the hole in the donut…

…I am a piece of All there ever was, is, or will be.

I am the son of the same Father who created John Coltrane and Stevie Wonder - so who says I don’t come from a musical family?

To know that the words above are true
is my very purpose in life!

ps. Please feel free to continue/riff upon this theme in the comments section!
pps. I intend to continue to delving into this topic of oneness in the future, so please stay tuned! In the meantime, here are two books that have been a tremendous help to me in living this principle:

Wow Doron. What sparked the change? Lovin the new blog. Hope you’re well.

Heya Matt! So glad you dig the new site. The change has been a gradual thing, as over the last few years spirituality has really become the main focus of my life. It’s not that I’m affiliated with any particular religion or spiritual tradition (I think that they ALL have something to offer!), but to continue writing about my music without sharing what’s inspiring all of it would make for a half-hearted effort on my part. So I’m going to talk about What’s constantly changing my life for the better, and if someone relates and gets something out of it, all the better!
