…make it your life’s new mission to spend as much time as possible living in the present moment.

In case you find that difficult (which you almost certainly will), then you can expand your viewpoint of “My life sucks” to “My life sucks…and I can’t live in the present moment.”

From that point, if you persevere in your mission to spend as much time as possible living in the present moment(which I suggest you do!), your new viewpoint will be “My life sucks BECAUSE I can’t live in the present moment.”

And with that realization begins the end of your life sucking, now and forever. In fact, if you continue persevering in this mission, no matter what, you will find yourself tumbling headlong…into unfathomable serenity and success.
